Options to collect either name and or email address, you can chat and communicate via phone to the individual agent or staff member including video by click to call from links added to any web page ?. Click to call calls are added to the 3CX call log for reporting. The caller call communicate using the Mic and Speaker on their computer via the web browser, this is called WebRTC
