The rates shown in these documents are loaded to your reseller account, you can also have different rates for different customers, it is important to contact us if you wish to alter the rates so we can make the required changes at our end.

Some destinations are blocked for calling, for example countries that are known for hacking and making fraudulent phones calls to and also calls to expensive destinations like satellite phones, if you cannot make calls to a particular country or have a requirement to make calls to these types of destinations then please contact us to have them added to your account.

In the event that you find a rate that is not being calculated correctly then let us know and we can re-rate the calls for you to make them correct, this is not a big job and usually can take only a few minutes to fix.
